   • You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit prompts and materials for processing and to use the Generated Content (including interior layouts and other media outputs) as intended.
   • AI Room Design maintains all rights to the underlying AI technology, visual models, and generation methods used by the service.

2. Platform Technology:

   • The AI Room Design platform, including its generation models, software, interfaces, and infrastructure, is the property of AI Room Design and its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

   • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying AI models of our service, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.

Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to extract, replicate, or reverse-engineer our visual models or core generation technology.
• Using the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

Content Generation Guidelines

1. Content Restrictions & Prohibited Categories:

   We strictly prohibit the generation of the following six categories of content (Zero Tolerance):

   • Sexual / NSFW Content: Adult content, nudity, or pornography.
   • Violence / Gore: Graphic violence, gore, or content promoting harm.
   • Hate Speech: Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against specific groups.
   • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors. Generating such content will result in immediate termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
   • Deepfakes / Impersonation: Non-consensual deepfakes or content designed to impersonate real individuals to deceive others.
   • Copyright / Trademark Infringement: Content that violates intellectual property rights.

   Additionally:

   • Do not submit prompts or materials that are illegal, hateful, harassing, abusive, or promote discrimination.
   • Do not generate content that could be used to deceive, defraud, or mislead others.
   • Ensure your input prompts and materials do not infringe on the rights of any third party.

2. Usage Limits & Quality:

   • Content generation (including interior designs) is subject to plan limits, credit availability, or fair-use policies.
   • Output quality, available features (e.g., styles, resolution, and customization options), and processing capacity may vary based on your plan and system load.

Content Moderation and Enforcement

To ensure a safe environment, AI Room Design employs a multi-layered content moderation system:

1. Content Moderation Mechanism:

   • Automated Filtering: All prompts and generated outputs are scanned in real-time by automated safety filters to detect and block prohibited content (e.g., CSAM, extreme violence, NSFW).
   • Manual Review: Content flagged by our automated systems or reported by users is subject to manual review by our Trust & Safety team.

2. Reporting Mechanism: If you encounter content that violates these Terms, including CSAM, hate speech, or deepfakes, please report it immediately:

   • We treat all reports confidentially and aim to review high-risk reports (e.g., CSAM, terrorism) within 24 hours, and standard reports within 3-7 business days.

   • Content Removal: Deletion of the violating generated content.
   • Account Suspension or Termination: Temporary or permanent ban from the service for severe or repeated violations.

Privacy and Data Collection

AI Room Design collects and processes data necessary to provide and improve our generation services. This includes:

• Usage Metrics: Service interaction, feature-usage patterns, selected parameters.

Pricing and Subscriptions
